-Create a preset with the name BBB-BBB
-Change the preset name to bbb-bbb
-The game will freeze for about 5 seconds, and the file will be deleted

From my testing, if the filename has only letters, it only gets deleted sometimes. However, if it also has punctuation, it ALWAYS gets deleted.

I know that Windows does not store capitalization internally, and thus cannot accept a filename change that only changes capitalization.
However, doing this does not usually delete the file.

That might be a windows thing, there's no distinction between a file named file.txt and FiLe.TXT
