Allow nights to be brighter

Very simple request, the night time in this game is unsuitable for use in getting anything done. I genuinely cannot see during the night, it's pitch black. And servers want to be able to have a day/night cycle so having a way to have an actually useable night would be amazing.

you can already do this with the moon brightness, ambient brightness, and ambient colour environment settings, can you not?
