Ever placed a group of logic gates, and realized they are a little to the side? You could cut and paste them, but then you lose anthing wired to them! Introducing the new TRANSFORM tool! Replacing the Resize and Select tools, this new tool allows you to not only resize and copy, but move and rotate too! In Select mode, you can select multiple bricks with three modes: Box Mode, Connection Mode and the new Freeform mode, where you can select multiple bricks without creating a selection box, just the ones you want! Once you select bricks, hit R to change to Transform Mode, where you can resize, move, and rotate! A rotation gizmo appears at the center of the selection; dragging this rotates the selection in 90° intervals. There are also cone-shaped handles at each side of the selection; dragging these moves the selection, and the familiar cuboid handles also appear, letting you resize blocks.

In short, a new Transform tool, replacing the Select and Resize tools, letting you move and rotate without endlessly copy-pasting and rewiring.

I'll add any suggestions to this post!

Based on what I'd last heard from the devs, Move is a feature being added to the resizer for the next update. Initially it'll only be for singular bricks due to time constraints, but multi-selection/moving with it will be in the future.

it can fit for both because of the themes of both tools imo

honestly if the selection stayed when switching to the resizer, that way you can select then transform

I would find it useful if you could see the array of individual studs/bricks and click on one to stretch it towards it

#

Cause i have difficulty trying to slowly resize the brick so it clicks on the right size

I want in-between increments

#

Per se, show the grids

#

Its in the code but it doesn't highlight

#

The J function alters it

#

But still uses most of the same grid snapping
