As the message it is possible to create overly large explosives using a variable hooking up to an item spawn to create an oversized explosive.

How to reproduce it?
First create an item spawn and put any explosive weapon on it be it grenade, or rocket launcher.
Second put a variable down and set it to a high number.
Third Connect the variable to the item spawns scale.

Now once picked up it can send all physics entities flying

It also applies to audio, so you can just have an audio go across the entire map with very loud volume
