when a physics object is teleported, it's visual appearance is offset from it's actual location. This mostly happens with unfrozen ones, and is seemingly client side only. To reproduce, just teleport a physics object with a wall or similar between the start and end points.
AAbove is an example. The cube is physically on the tp destination, but is rendering on the other side of the glass
Of note is that this primarily seems to happen on servers when you are not the host.
