@young vortex sorry for another ping

#

it looks like revision 75 is the latest revision of this file that works

#

but i'd like to salvage what was built afterwards if possible. having the server's world constantly revert (4 times now) is going to be really discouraging for players

young vortex
#

you're now the second case I've seen where somehow the index references a non-existent chunk

#

there's probably a bug here either in the writing of the index or the tracking of deleted chunks...

young vortex
#

you didn't use world.loadadditive right?

#

that command is unfinished and probably breaks a bunch of stuff

sharp rivet
#

i didn't know that command existed, no

young vortex
#

there a chance your system time was incorrect?

sharp rivet
#

don't think so

#

it's always matched the EST timezone

#

but revision times seem to be in a different timezone for some reason?

#

at least that happened the first time we checked in revisions when that physics bug happened

#

like we were seeing stuff that was saying it came from 5 pm that day despite it being like noon

young vortex
#

revisions use utc timestamps

sharp rivet
#

ah ok

#

i don't know how my PC's time would be incorrect but windows 11 can be janky i guess idk

young vortex
#

it seems it somehow deleted a bunch of chunk data files a long time ago which were still in use

#

will need to investigate how that is possible

big thanks
