the light should also be more directional so you can see what your avatar looks like in shadow
right now the current lighting makes it hard to tell what your skin tone actually looks like ingame, which ruins the point of a preview

I also kind of feel like there should be an option where just the avatar itself is being rendered instead of the whole scene, that way people on lower end computers can safely go through the avatar menu without the risk of their computer overheating from brickadia rendering two scenes at once

switching to simple shading mode is an okay workaround for now but having to restart your game everytime you switch between that and one of the directx renderers isn't ideal
