i cant explain this one for you but no noteskins found means that the noteskins folder either doesnt exist or is empty

the game exe is found in a folder called Program and right next to the Program folder is Noteskins

in that is dance, for 4k, and that needs skins in it

if things just disappeared with no explanation either you dont actually know where they were or antivirus decided today was the day to delete the exe or the folder
