Earlier before I find out this incident, I was trying out the Multiplayer and testing out features in that mode and I changed the network address to "multi.notetternaonline.com" at that time.

In the present today, around 5-6PM I was regularly playing a couple of ranked files without thinking of changing the network address because I thought it would work perfectly fine, but I was wrong. After I check my profile that my scores weren't uploading to the website, then I instantly changed the network address back to "multi.etternaonline.com" and played the recent file that I haven't play before to see if it'd upload the score or not, and the result is none.

Right now, I'm not sure on how to fix this issue anymore. I've tried log-out and log-in, refresh the game, checking on my internet connection, and took a look inside the "Etterna.xml" files. A help would be appreciated! 🙏

the multiplayer address has no effect on score uploading

if scores are not uploading then the reason why will show in the log file

I also entered my actual Etterna Online's credentials while I was changing back to the "multi.etternaonline.com". I'm afraid that might cause the uploading score. And I'll try to check on the log files, though I barely touch the Logs file at all!

I have opened Etterna while checking on the recent log file and I clicked on the uploading score manually for the latest song which is No.1 on the image I sent. Then I check back on the log and it said

[2025-03-18 23:22:54][WARN]: Unexpected status 500 - Content: {"message":"Server Error"}

I'm going to assume that it's the server issue? I'm not too sure.

Oh, I see! It happened about 7 hours ago. I saw the notification's date created and it was 7 hours ago

I think I will have to wait for the resolved issue and I would be able to auto-upload score back again.
