Could I change my name? Account seemingly banned.

I have reason to believe my account was banned possibly for my username since I’m unable to log in and I cannot make a new account due to your account being tied to your IP

My user name was “Dragussy”

That’s my username in most if not all games and apps so I apologize for me not being aware if breaking ToS and was the result in my ban. I’d request the ability to change my name to be able to play Etterna without issue. I’d be very grateful, I understand if not though.

Weird if that's the case considering the account couldn't be found by another user on the website

On top of the fact that I changed my password twice and it refused to log me in until now for some reason

I have been able to log in now from what I can see, if any issues come up like that again with log in issues I'll create a new ticket or contact via the discord

Also my friend is currently having the same issue of not being able to log in

Where you put the exact password in and it refuses to accept login

On top of sending an email for password reset to get no email
