if that wasn't obvious

just head to options > input option > input > calibrate audio

iirc pressing f3 + e or r helps

since it changes visual delay

Also, go to title screen and then to options, then go to graphics / sound options and check that frame limit gameplay is set to something above 60, like 150 also check that vsync is off. It should help with acc if those options were not already set.

I play on 5 though, I'm not a super acc focused player
