#Calibrate Audio Offset tool sometimes crashes Etterna

Can't figure out exactly what causes it but basically if I use the calibrate audio offset tool, it can crash my game. I've attached the crash data.

seems like theres an error with the sm file used for the offset wizard

Try putting these 2 files in C:\Games\Etterna\Themes\_fallback\Other, it is the song and steps for the audio calibration from my copy of the game
