When upgrading to barracks lvl. 3 on the current beta, 3 additional heaters are shown but i can only place one additional one, for the remaining two the game acts as if I have no remaining heaters. Happened on Hava Lvl. 3, level restart does not solve it for me. (Or was it two additional heaters and I can place none of it? Not sure)
