#41 - Feeding Mechanism in Pet Manor is broken in ANOTHER way

**Description: ** Pets may not eat at the canteen during an eating period for no obvious reason. As a result their sated score will fall through no fault of the player.
Steps to Show the Issue:

  1. Configure canteen with food to prepare and Pets to work it
  2. Await several feeding cycles (1 hour 3 times per day)
  3. At some point one of the feeding cycles apparently will fail. No pet will eat.

TEXT of Meal log will be in one or more replies (since it runs over the post length limit)

Items to note:
Pets ate at 18:42:54 on 19 July and previously
No pet ate between 7 and 8 on 20 July
Pets ate multiple times between Noon and 1 PM on 21 July.
There were no changes in configuration (i.e. pets assigned to Canteen, food being prepared) during the period covered by the log

BTW, since this occurence I've had another one where the identically configured Canteen only fed one pet during the hour.

Looks like the Cantena is not fully feeding pets if you are not active in game during morning feeding time
