I use Songtrust, Ive never needed their customer service. That’s definitely the industry standard for non-PRO digital royalties. Never heard of sentric music. More important than songtrust is a PRO like ASCAP or BMI. Songtrust will give you like 40cents for every $10 you make on a PRO, which is for every like $800 you get from standard mechanical royalties at least in my experience
#Anyone with experience with Songtrust or Sentric Music?

It’s not necessary to sign up for any. Ascap and bmi are also required to hold your performance royalties for I believe 7 years (but I would double check that). You would need both Songtrust and a PRO to get all your royalties though they collect different things
ASCAP and BMI both have signup fees that for most people are more money than they collect for you, so that’s another consideration
i use ASCAP and songtrust, those are the only other things i have besides my distributor (ive got releases on DK, CDBaby, Amuse, and SoundOn lol(
