Judgimg from how gurgly it sounds and from how you switched into 3rd subharmonic like that and not the vibration way

I think for thr first bit you mostly did 2nd subharmonic chest bass (same subharmonic as throat bass so sounds very simular)

Relaxedness comes with time, looseness not really

Looseness is based on your voices pitch you do under the throat bass oscillation

#

(Like big ben does a super low voice so his throat bass has to be relitively low, one octave below the voice to be precise)
