if you are getting dynamic microphones
you need xlr 3.5 mm cables (amazon cables) that is at least 10 ft long and a USB Audio Interface with 1x XLR/TRS 1x 1/4" 2X RCA USB, Red (all on amazon)
if we are talking about good budget microphones
gotta get yourself an EM-89D (Mackie Microphone) on amazon
this is all for my pc right?
yeah
usb microphones are just plain bad in general to beatbox with
correct
eh??
the cable that has amazon's own logo
in the product
Amazon Basics XLR Microphone Cable for Speaker or PA System, All Copper Conductors, 6MM PVC Jacket, 6 Foot, Black
oh i see
i feel like i have one of these already or is this amazon one higher quality
Gearlux Microphone cables are good quality
amazon basic is well.. basic
let me see what brand the ones i already own are
about this product if you read the title it's provide everything you need to connect the usb into your computer and does provide the xlr cable but again most xlr provided with audio interface are just medoicore
the audio interface is good but the provided item usually sent is either bad or well not up to standard
that is actually good to use
okay
make sure not to get anything below 10 ft
yep
👍
yep yep
also if there seems to be an issue
just hmu on dms
and i'll try to see what we can work with
ujhewdsijhgiu WAIT STOP
IVE HAD A FRIEND USE ONE OF THOSE AND IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER A WEEk OF USING
PLS BE CAUTIOUS OF THOSE AND CHECK REVIEWS
JUST GO FOR THE BEHRINGER OR THE M TRACK SOLO
IM REALLY SCARED OFTHOSE TYPES OF INTERFACES ;-;
ALSO IF UR BUYING THE MACKIE< IT COMES WITH THE XLR CABLE.
tho it is a good thing u bought an extra one just in case that thing breaks
thanks!
what?
if you don't mind can you send me a list of items then?
i'm kinda stucks on getting my first gear for bbxing
sheesh
sadly there are only 2 options for interfaces that are under 50 bucks that are trustable, the behriner um2 and the m track solo
id recommend saving up for something like the arturia minifuse or the scarlett solo or even the behringer umc22, but if u really need an interface now then these 2 i mentioned above this message are good enough
reason i dont reccomend those interfaces that yall showed was becoz of a friend of mine who bought that
had alot of distortion problems and stopped working for 1 week, wasnt what he expected
he bought the same one again, the distortion issues were gone but it also stopped working after a week and a half
interesting
Try scarlett 2i2, it's a bit more expensive but this is audio equipment we're talking about so itll pay off a lot
But I understand if you cant pay that much
Scarlett is super trustworthy so scarlett solo is also good but over 50 dollars
yeah im mainly going for budgeted options but i'll check it out
Scarlett solo 3rd gen is 100 bucks but 2nd is 70 bucks
Yep, usually gen by gen, focusrite fixes the issues that the previous generation had. But all 3 generations are usable since they all do the same job as an audio interface.
The most recent gen, the better
neat
get the scarlett 3rd gen
anything below 100 for an audio interface is condenser microphone usually
mkayy
should i be getting better headphones for the audio interface?
i was watching a review and they said an 80-150 ohms headphones is the sweet spot in order to dodge distortion and have good listening for the scarlett solo 3rd gen
just get whatever they are telling you
i'll probably be able to order these at the end of the week
the scarlett solo 3rd gen is really good its what i use
