Sorry for the useless response above, but running helps with lung capacity more than anything. Try to make it a habit. If you don’t currently run start by trying to get a half mile on decent pace. Then work your way up to longer distances every other day or so and the improvement will be massive 🙂
you can dm me, I use two methods of not running out of air quickly and it could possibly help you as well
imo the less you breath out or in, the cleaner the bass is
try to do the least breathy sounds as possible
Breathing techniques or breathing beats exist so try to learn some breathing patterns
