I disagree, not to be rude, but OS were taken out of trainings for a reason! And I don’t see it coming back!

if i am understanding your suggestion correctly, you would like to implement a system where os can assist in training if needed due to lack of staff, similar to some other groups. i am going to have to disagree though because os were removed from trainings for multiple reasons, as tiara stated, and i don’t see a need for os to be in trainings and assisting. also with all the os we have, it may be hard to handle that many people joining, especially if only a few staff were needed. but thank you for the suggestion!

the way our trainings work wouldnt rlly support this bc if we did have a lack of trainers it would mean we dont have enough main trainers asw, and i wouldnt trust os to train an entire group all by themselves. this would be cute if our system were a little different tho

I disagree, as there are going to be a lot more Staff Assistants, due to the applications, I wouldn’t say we need anymore trainers, this is just my personal opinion, sorry if it offended you in any way!
