i don't want this suggestion to sound like i'm feeling salty, as i've never gotten it but i've been to a lot of shifts and it's always been the same people that get HW. I see other people constantly working hard at so so many shifts and they never achieve that goal. I think it should be about 1 daily for everyone to make it equal.

I disagree. The host of every shift has a way they give hardest worker and I 100% assure you that it is fair. And I think a cooldown like this wouldn’t really help the host in the best way (i tried to explain it in the best way possible sharing the most i could)

I disagree. Here’s a few cons I can see but I see how this could be frustrating!
Cons:

If someone who got HW at the last shift works incredibly hard at the shift compared to the others at the shift who aren’t showing as much effort, they wouldn’t be able to get HW again if this was implemented which isn’t fair as they worked hard to get HW!

My other con is if someone who attends almost every shift acknowledges that they got HW at the last shift and aren’t able to get it this shift, it may ruin their motivation to attend the shift!
I totally see where you’re coming from, but overall I disagree.
