I am pretty sure that this might have been suggested before but I wanted to emphasize it. I think it would be really helpful to have an end appointment button once all tasks are finished because sometimes patients leave or they do not walk to the specific spot in the lobby that ends the appointment. This way we can always claim our points! 🙂
