Hi! When an appointment ends, when it shows you where to go back and where to take the patient back at the end, it should be that entire area past the waiting room should end the appointment, not just that one spot. I've had a couple of times that people walk straight past and I don't get the point as it hasn't "technically" ended. I hope that makes sense. c:
