i like this idea! its not necessary as you can always ping/dm a mr+, but it would be really helpful!

considering that this is a pretty big server, tickets would be opening quite frequently which could get really hard to handle and some people not getting responses straight away

I disagree, I think you can just contact an MR during these type of situations, if there’s a situation in game, you can use the report center, if u need more stuff regarding alliances, you can check out our public handbook, and if there’s an issue u can always contact an mr-hr- server mod
