tablet glitch

So ever since last night I have had Hailey for a filling stuck on the teethyz tablet. When I hit claim it says that her appointment had already been claimed but every time I join a server it is here and says the same thing every time

I was also in this server, and yes, I also tried to claim it but it says that it has already been claimed.
