As a x - ray dentist. I i find the new staff queue very annoying. As it's so annoying that your not able to claim what appointment you'd like. It might be unfair but it was so better. As when you forget you joined the queue and you were AFK. It's very annyoing for the client!

the queue system is in place to be fair for clients and their apps to be claimed. as of right now, it has a few bugs, but it will be solved asap as the dev team is aware of it
