FAQ GUI in game

I've noticed many LRs ask the same questions, such as "How do I work here?" or "How many points do I need for my next rank?" My idea is that we could have a gui in the corner of the screen that shows the points needed for each rank and other questions that are asked frequently. Not everyone has access to the discord and can see the points, and rather than having an MR have to check or being asked the same questions over and over we can just have a gui that says the answers to those questions.

They've already added a sign on the TV behind the reception desk indicating how many points are needed for each rank! I think that's enough already.

It would also be great if they added a sign about how to work here.
