i think that clients can get really bored, really easily, especially when they just need to sit around and wait with no entertainment. if we implement this, it’ll make the game more entertaining and help them wait just a little longer, and deal with staff trying to claim whoever they can without getting complaints every 5 minutes.
the mini games can be anything, like those click the asteroid games instead its not an asteroid, but a rotten tooth. another mini game can help clients learn about facts related to their appointments, or mini games that can advise clients and help them learn more about taking care of their teeth! there can be a mini corner in the waiting area where clients can walk up and play the mini games
