Basically, if you cancel your appointment on the last step of the procedure ‘lead client to lobby’ you should get 1 point just because *50%*of the time of this issue is you are treating an NPC client so they get stuck or don’t follow you. the other 30% is a real client completely ignores you and do not follow you aswell. and the 20% is just simply how the arrow leads to under the ground
