So basically, If you claim an appointment that client cant walk through to the procedure rooms straight away. Make it so they can only do it once you’ve gone to them and said your greeting. Because a lot of clients just run away lol.

i was think the client you claim you take them to the room and if a other clients try to come in but there not your client it does not let them in but it lets staff in for spec

Or sometimes when someone comes into the procedure room and then they starts trolling and blah blah. It’ll be better if the client can’t go into any other room except their room that was chosen for them
