Console players not affected and can still use barrel and potions. Potions and potions barrel are invisible to PC players and uninstalling and reinstalling the mod several times has not resolved the issue

we are running off nitrado, i have uninstalled and restarted the server and nothing has worked

That is textbook corrupted install I'm afraid.

That isn't an issue our end, that's a CurseForge and Nitrado issue.
