Then take the engram entry and move it to unlock at a higher level. It doesn't matter where it sits. Moving it to a higher level or waiting to get the resources for it is no different.

I’m not creating 2 versions. Either up the unlock level or change the crafting costs.

This isn’t a bug, this is a suggestion and so should be under suggestions.
