One of my coworkers (Jerry) put up a PR. Bill, another coworker, made a suggestion on Jerry's PR to rename something. Jerry ignores Bill's suggestion and resolves the comment on github. I see this, unresolve the comment, and write a comment seconding Bill's suggestion. Jerry ignores once again and resolves the conversation and merges the PR.
Who should I talk to about this? Was thinking about bringing it up in standup but I don't want to be rude about it and I think that has the potential of being humiliating. I don't mind if he doesn't like our suggestions but he should at least explain why he's ignoring them.
