So I just finished my third year and I still didn't apply for internship in my country this the time for applying any advice I have did like two web apps one is react the third project can I do it also web based react project or something new or another stacks

The idea of project is to showcase good foundation and knowledge of the tech stack which is also related to the job and to highlight points of your project to fill resume if no work experience related to SE.
You can try researching the jobs in your area what they are looking for
For me my area react and express are really popular so I use those tech in my project with other things like Docker, version control and optimization libraries/tech like webpack etc, and software patterns. When you have lots of cool things in project it easier to talk about it in bullet points.
