if you need more space, the tournament organizer listing seems to least help your case, followed by either the eagle scout or the bonus info about your education

the alerted hackathon group line doesnt sound impressive - it isn't focused on you, it's focused on your group. maybe say something more about something you accomplished?

likewise, the line above it about learning some technologies, i'd emphasize something you accomplished with those techs rather than just saying you learned them

i really like your line under research about analyzing clinical data using X to identify Y and training models and stuff
