I would immediately throw that in the trash without looking into specific details. I can't imagine how ATS handles it. Resumes that look cool just don't do well imo. Also get rid of the summary, it's the most pointless part of a resume.

Make a plain text version, get rid of summary, skills, languages and maybe certificates. Can probably get rid of notable projects as well and it'd bring it down to 1 page. Also the random boldness is kinda weird. Also, the "made something with chatgpt" seems like a giant red flag to me. But tbd I guess in this era

If I delete the summary, skills, languages, certificates and notable project, just remind the work experience and educations. I think it is not convenient.

Okay, it's your call. Just know that if I, and someone like me, sees half the resume that looks like that I would immediately throw it away due to excessive fluff
