It's so dense and hard to read, let alone skim. Maybe try to cut down to only 6 bullet points. I also really don't like the bolded words at the beginning of each even though I know Gemini keeps recommending it, but it doesn't give any information.

Remember that the hr person only has like 30 sec max to skim it
