in the first sentence i'm not sure years with an apostrophe makes sense grammatically

the latter half of the summary is just a rephrasing of the latter half of your resume
you could probably safely omit the bit about your certs and education in your summary at least because you already have it in a section below
what is a mission sustenance engineer
maintain and modernize existing software and tooling; and support 20 + missions.

not an expert in the tech you listed specifically, but it seems like a lot of pipeline and dashboarding work
3.5 yoe puts you pretty solidly in mid level territory
other than my comments about the summary, i think it's fine
you may also try looking at sre roles with your pipeline experience
