what is this development environment you configured? I think development env sounds like some linux install or something, but dont think thats what youre talking about here. or if it is its not clear and i have no idea where node fits into this. whyd you just say "and git"? whats that supposed to mean? you used version control? youre using github actions?

so this development environment, whatever it is (because its not clear whatsoever) established "modern sharepoint development workflow and toolchain". how so? what does that even mean? you made a development env that other SWE or whatever are using to code solutions in? i mean what is even happening here bro?
