Looks like a good resume, nothing stands out to me as negative. Not sure what the percentiles at the bottom mean though.
Have you tried uploading it to a big company with a resume parser (google, meta, apple), to see if ATS parses it properly?
Otherwise looks good, might need to rely on more networking in this market if your resume alone isn’t yielding many results.

I don’t think achievements section is necessary
You can easily implement the achievements within the actual activities .
Other than that, the resume looks good. I’m just iffy about the achievements section at the bottom,

Looks like op is from my country - market isn't great for junior devs and recruiters try to filter on many things - university, previous workplace, etc
Also, please don't say contributor on leetcode / gfg - everyone is doing too much lc that it's normalized to ask lc hard everywhere
Those 12th or 10th percentages don't matter at all - unless you are applying for government jobs.
