I made the mistake of spending nearly three years on an associate's degree, but I didn’t gain much valuable knowledge from it.
Last year, I decided to enroll in a university after trying the self-taught route as I think it will help me with the more theoretical stuff.
My university isn’t well recognized, so I made sure to include as many projects as possible.
Right now, I’m looking for a summer internship, but I haven’t heard back from any of the companies I’ve applied to.
I’ve even applied to some non-internship positions, but still no luck. I faced a similar situation when I was job hunting before starting university, using almost the same resume.
I’m mainly looking for roles related to C++ or Python, but I’m applying to other positions as well.
