Getting back in the market

Hi there been out of the market since january looking to get my first swe role after graduation
i have a few questions

1. What's my best chances on competing with the completion? As I graduated in December 2023 and had no internships
2. I was wondering how to make my help desk job correlate with swe work as it uses some programs but no programming sadly
3. am i still elligeble for new grad positions? it's vague on what actually bars you from it?

2. can’t really change your work or present unrelated work as related work.

3. I don’t think you should worry about this, if you see a role you think you can do, just apply, you don’t have to care if it says new grad or not

1. sorry so i know it boils down to two factors for landing a job my resume and my interviewing skills
   i know it's my resume as i was barley getting interviews and when i did i'd bomb the technical part cause if leetcode
   i'm currently learning python for interview prep but i had this problem with making my resume actually good for recruiters

2. i know but i want to at least make it relatable for swe work, if i can't so be it

3. okay i'll do that then bworst they can say is no riight lol
