I think you can condense the resume to just one page
There's a lot of fluff in there
would drop summary
thanks guys. I'll drop summary, was definitely on the fence about that. what would you say is fluff? I'm struggling to determine exactly how much to communicate for each position
actually reading through it I can absolutely see the fluff. trimming...
For your older jobs I’d remove a few fluffy bullets and add back skills
otherwise idk how a recruiter could see what you excel at without having to read the whole resume (which they won’t)
This looks so much better.
I have two small recommendations.
-
Try to move around text from one point to another until you fill an entire line. I find empty whitespace not aesthetic.
-
Can you make key highlights in the resume bold?
For example if you won an award or increased efficiency by x%, just highlight the text in bold.
This should improve the readability of the resume and help it stand out from the rest.
But awesome work so far. The new draft looks amazing to me.
I really appreciate your (and everyone's) input, I agree this does look much better so far. 🙂 You all rock. I'll continue to play with formatting a little bit like you suggested to see how that looks
