Startup vs. Big Insurance
Currently working in a startup where I can wear many hats and build tooling as well as work with customers. Its fully remote and I have autonomy over what I can choose to work on, not to mention good benefits. The compensation is a bit lacking but not too far off from the offer listed below.
Got an offer for big insurance that's hybrid (3 days in office a week) and pays a bit more than what I currently make with good benefits. But sick days are combined in the same pool with vacation days.
To me, sticking with my current place of work is more valuable in terms of growing skills and knowledge, but is there anything that I'm missing?
