Remove the word "some" from your skills list.
They can ask you about your level during an interview but you already list it in order of familiarity it seems which is good.
Nitpick opinion
I dislike the date formatting and prefer having it on the right or after the company.
It's not as important as the other information. Personally I just use it to see how often a person job-hops
