When you have a million candidates you can be picky. Unfortunately it’s an employers market right now for juniors. Seniors are still chilling

also i would assume they mean 0 to 3 years is entry level, which isnt that awful tbh

Part of the problem is that senior ICs are usually kept busy doing senior IC work and rarely have time built into their schedule to accommodate mentoring/training fresh-out-of-school juniors.
