Some tips I often give on resumes:

Put GPA for your degree if it's over 3.5

Project 2 more impressive than Project 1, so reverse the order.

Never mention that a project is for class (capstone project). That feels sometimes like you're stretching your education section to cover other parts of your resume

Maybe too many bullet points per job and project. Try to focus on how you made or saved the company $$$. At the end of the day you wanna show you're worth what they're paying for you.
What do you want to change your job to? Also, I personally feel in this current job market, you should be heavily relying on referrals / reaching out to recruiters. Cold applies have far less effectiveness now than they did 2-3 years ago
