Some quick tips

#

Okay first off it looks like you are a new grad yes?

#

Make it clear in your work experience that these are internships if they are

#

If you're not a new grad, take out your scores and awards

#

Work experiences should describe not the tools you used but the business outcomes you affected. So "I made our application load 10% faster saving $1000/day in compute costs" vs "I worked on a Java stack with Junit Spring Boot etc."

#

Don't write "Trainee as Software Engineer" instead write something like "Software Engineer Intern"

#

Okay now tips when applying

#

Rotate your skills in and out to match the JD. Don't just throw every language and tool you've ever used on there and send it out. Make the recruiter think "Wow this guy has specifically just the experience we're looking for". The more skills you have unrelated, the more it looks like you aren't an expert in any of them

#

Also, when applying, make sure you apply to fresh job postings posted recently (within the last day). There are a lot of zombie postings out there you'll never get a reply back for or will get an automated rejection when they take it down but the job is already filled.

#

Cold applies have a very low response rate these days. I would rely heavily on referrals as much as possible. Flex your networking game

Best of luck. You have a high GPA. Couple of internships, projects, etc. you have the skills. The job will come
