I was able to land a job as a software engineer back in October 2022, but I believe I am ready to move companies and hopefully find a company that can pay me better/fairly. I was going to try and wait til I had at least one year of experience under my belt, but recently I had a recruiter reach out to me for a junior position that was open so I thought I should at least start sending my resume out. As of lately, I have applied to MANY positions, but received not even a call back from any of the companies that I have applied to. Any suggestions as to how I can make my resume look better for at least a chance to get a call from a recruiter?

why are the experience bullet points round and then u have dashes in projects
i would categorize ur skills section so its not just a block of text
like so #1008225248098926753 message
can u increase the font size? its tiny and u have room to do so
the subheader for ur experience is messy
u should split the position name/compant/location/dates into another line and not jammed into one
u use numbered dates in the experience and then go off and use abbreviated month name and full year in ur projects
things like this make the resume seem kindve “lazy” and that you didnt really try a lot. I would go back through the resume and ensure ur formatting is consistent and easy to understand and follow
