Please tell me whats wrong, especially with my projects, ive done several projects but are these data structure-type projects good enough and will it catch a company's eyes! all types of criticism is helpful!!!

the projects are pretty meh. Not anything I can imagine any Hiring Manager or Recruiter going “woah!!” about
i did all those projects for class when I was in university . Not trying to diss or anything but i would consider creating projects that use more modern technologies and mock real world applications
like at an internship u arent gonna be creating a linkedlist from scratch. sure it may be helpful to know how these things are done under the hood but it isnt anything that cant be googled
would be better to use technologies like a database, maybe a front end, proper backend etc
