can drop the 2nd bullet, save it for the interview and seems like the other bullets say this for u anyway
3rd bullet also maybe seems redundant considering the rest of the bullets seem like they are referring to the same thing. can correct me if im wrong.

ehhhhh fluff but if ur keen to have it, would drop the weekend bit and then combine with the other leadership bullet point and can drop “assumed leadership”, would say like “Led” or “Spearheaded..” or something
